Welcome - I am Cecelia Salamone, MA, LPC, Caregiver Counselor. I look forward to hearing from you either by email or phone to discuss my Counseling for Caregivers services and how they may be beneficial for you. Counseling should not only be considered when caring for your a loved one. It is extremely important when your time as a caregiver has come to an end - an area grief support groups may not be able to address.

Through the counseling process you will be encouraged and guided to become empowered and able to meet the demands, find balance and care for yourself.
Being a caregiver brings a wide variety of challenges. With a counselor, you get an objective listener, a committed partner in your success, and an advocate for your needs.
The following are just of the few areas I can be there to help you:
- Learn how to become empowered
- Design a plan to make life less demanding and more fulfilling
- Discover why caring for "you" is a priority
Some Benefits of Counseling:
I can work with you 'one-on-one' to help obtain goals
- Make you accountable to someone other than yourself
- Have someone supporting you
- Help to teach you how to balance your life
